Setting Up Soleraq: What to Expect in Your First Week

Getting started with Soleraq is designed to be straightforward. Here's what the onboarding process looks like and what you can expect in the first seven days.

Setting Up Soleraq: What to Expect in Your First Week

Designed for Busy Business Owners

One of the most common concerns we hear from prospective clients is that setting up a new system will be time-consuming and disruptive. We've designed the Soleraq onboarding process specifically to address this. Getting started takes hours, not weeks — and you'll see results within your first few days.

Day 1: The Onboarding Call

We start with a 30-minute call to understand your business. We'll discuss your services, your typical enquiry types, your tone of voice, and any specific requirements you have for how communications should be handled. This call is the foundation for everything that follows.

Days 1–2: Configuration

Based on your onboarding call, we configure Soleraq for your business. This includes setting up your communication channels, training the AI on your specific context, and establishing your review workflow. You don't need to do anything technical — we handle all of this for you.

Days 2–3: Testing

Before going live, we run a series of test scenarios to ensure the system is working exactly as expected. We'll send you sample drafts for review, and you'll have the opportunity to provide feedback on tone, accuracy, and any adjustments you'd like to make.

Days 3–7: Go Live

Once you're satisfied with the configuration, we go live. From this point, every inbound message is captured and a draft response is prepared for your review. Most clients find that the system is working smoothly within the first day of going live.

Ongoing Support

After the first week, you'll have access to our support team for any questions or adjustments. We also conduct a review call at the 30-day mark to assess performance and make any refinements based on real-world usage.

The goal is to make Soleraq feel like a seamless extension of your business — not a system you have to manage. Most clients find that within a week, they've stopped thinking about it as a tool and started thinking of it as simply how their communications work.
